Pheasant(small game)opens this weekend looking for fellow hunters to take a new shot gun for a walk in the fields. I learned when hunting on PA state game lands bring a big lunch,good boots and carry a lightest gun as possible. This year it looks like the game commission had a the floods wipe out many of the birds they were to stock. Averaging one bird for ten acres. Maybe there will be some hold overs from last season! HA.
