Ido not know if I am getting older or all the hard living of the past has caught up to me . Tonights rant is all about time and the rat race like systems that are instilled upon us . I t seems last year I had my doe tags all lined up and sent in a timely fashion now I understand I have already missed out on the tags for center county along with the b maps tags for the bald eagel state forest . I t seems to me that all this tag buisness is getting earlier each year . The reason for all of this early tag buisness is all the extra hunts they are having Early rifel for the elderly and young kids . I have held a license since I was 12 and back then you got one deer and you were done . Everybody was satisfied buck or doe 1 deer per hunter and your done thats way it was and thats the way it should be . Nowadays they have all these egg heads with computer models and defoliatian reports its all crap . I hardly see nearly the deer I did back in the 80's I am no college grad but its just plain comon sense that if your not seeing the deer you used to then that means the deer pops are faltering .Ilike venison it helps with the food bill and if you grind it all down to hamburg meat you can do lots of stuff with it .
