Today several MLFT members volunteered @ Doylestown Fishing Derby & assisted veterans, the handicapped & seniors catch trout.

Kintz: No, not in the near future but it is held annually in May. A member of the sponsoring organization attends our monthly meeting before the 2 events to encourage our members to volunteer. I believe that the club mentions it in the newsletter & @ meeting before the 1st event. Helping Vets, including those in wheelchairs, & seniors from nursing homes is a rewarding experience. (By the way, I am in the 3rd picture). |

Absolutely fantastic pics, Flyfisher. I wish I could have attended this event. Any plans of organizing something like this again in the near future? |
