I returned back to the falls and the young fella was coming out with 2 spinning rods in hand apparently they do not teach sign reading down at ESSC were he attends college another yuppy idiot com,ing into the world who does not pay attention to the laws of the land . I am not a gamewarden but I had to inform him of the regs on this water and what would happen if he got caught he gave me I didnt know story and I pointed to the sign . O h well I tried my best any way the Bushkill sucked also 1 nice Brown and a Sunny and no bugs I stayed till 7:30 and no bugs and the temps are already up to 65 already .
