This is the name of the picture file you're trying to upload
DSCF3567%20%20640x480%20%20%20500x375%20%20%20495x371%20%20%20490x367%20.jpg
All those "%20" strings are spaces in the file name. Get rid of them. I don't think the picture upload likes spaces in the file name.
