Penns has been teetering on the edge of a flood zone for 3 weeks and is even with the road at a few lowspots 1 good gullywasher and shell be up on the road and it is quite muddy . Most of this muddy water is from all the rainfall but also the dam construction over at Colier Lake is to blame as this feeds sinking creek wich empties into penns at Spring mills . Above the confluence Penns is clear but it quickly turns to an ugly cooper color at the confluence at sinking creek . Also spring creek is high but not muddy there doing some bank stabilization in downtown Bellfomnte its awhole big butifying project with building demos and it looks like some type of a new wall will be going in . There is a blue tarp curtain deal drapped over a crib work that starts at the high st bridge renamed july4th as the veterans bridge this blue tarp deal continues down stream to the next bridge its a part of a whole scope project to continue the Telyrand park down stream with all the buildings removed and replanted with a park like setting . I am sure it will be nice but that puts acess to the hog troth off limits for a few years .On a personel note I switched jobs at the university and was on night shift . I did this to enable me day houirs to take care of personal business truck inspection and the like . Well the other night last thurs I was rearranging a classroom and these desks were piled up and tangeled I was pulling them apart when they fell over and landed on my bigtoe the toe is broke and I am out of work for at least 1 month [:0][:0][:0].So I AM ABEL TO GO ON A MEAN TRIP SOMEWERE I WAS THINKING OF MONTANNA .
